The pro bill is an invoice the driver completes detailing what Panther owes Tempus Transport for a particular load. The pro bill does not pertain to driver pay, which is based on the rate per mile in your driver agreement. However, completing your pro bill accurately and submitting your paperwork in a timely manner is essential to producing accurate driver settlements. When filling out a pro bill, please be sure to include the following:
- Pro #
- Trailer # (leave blank if driving a straight truck)
- Truck #
- DH# (from ‘you have accepted’ macro on QC)
- EM# (when applicable)
- Shipper & cons name & address
- Pieces, description, & weight (from BOL)
- Charges (FSC, detention, stop offs, layover, bonus, other, tolls, etc.)
- Dates & times of pick up and delivery (get these dates/times directly from your QC out box)
