Whether you are at a weigh station or are pulled over for a roadside inspection, the active driver must be On Duty, Not Driving during the entire inspection.
Once the inspection is complete, immediately notify Tempus Transport by calling the driver hotline (888-390-7099) and let us know of any citations or issues noted by the inspector. It is also imperative that you notify Panther via QC message.
All DOT Inspection Reports and Citations must be scanned within 24 hours via Transflo, using the same method you use to submit paperwork. Write “Attention Safety” on the cover sheet before scanning.
If you are not using the Transflo Mobile+ app, send a text with a photo of your scan receipt to Tempus Transport (724-344-5508).
