Most of our drivers are the cream of the crop in the expedite industry, but it’s come to our attention that we’ve garnered some negative reviews on the internet. Click the play button to listen to this podcast.
We ask every Tempus Transport driver to sign a driver agreement prior to coming to orientation. The agreement spells out what is expected of each party in terms of performance, rates of pay, and how disputes will be resolved. Most of our drivers understand that following the rules of the agreement is paramount to both their success and the success of the company. However, every now and then we fail to weed out a rotten egg who ends up trashing a piece of company equipment, failing to make an on-time delivery, or abandoning a truck half-way across the country. All of these actions cost us big money. When we attempt to hold the driver accountable for his actions he often gets angry and tries to warn his fellow drivers against the evil that is Tempus Transport.
There are two sides to every story and companies are often left without a voice on review sites. If you’re considering driving for Tempus Transport and are apprehensive because you’ve read bad reviews about us, please give us a call to find out what we’re really about. If you like, you can talk to one of our many successful drivers who are here to work hard and earn big.
